Well, as posted in my last entry my shoulder is finally healed.  As a reward for this, last night at dance I gave myself one hell of an ankle sprain.  Bad enough that I went willingly (ok, not so willingly, but I went) to the ER.  After xrays and exams it was determined (mostly by my Physical Therapist ...love ya honey!) that it's a grade 2 sprain, including at least 2 of the 3 ligaments.  Yeah, nice work!  So, since I had a training seminar today I spent the day gimping around the hospital.  Let me just say this: Crutches suck dead weasles.  We hates them precious, we hates them all.

...And I am beginning to suspect that I might be getting old.

Oh dude, that sucks! I hope it heals quickly. I know you hates the crutches but you have to use them.

Nope, not old. Just a waaaaay crazy dancer! This might be why they say white men can't dance. It's not really that they can't they just get drunk and get broke when they do! ;)
This is just a way to make you stronger and better.
A truly suck way to do it but one none-the-less.

Heal faster and let me know if you need me to, ya know, wheel ya around anywhere gramps ;) :p

The worst part? Irish dancing. Class is held at a bar. I was stone cold sober. Not even a drop of booze at that point. Talk about embarassing!

But at least I didn't do it at the Irish Festival ...it's always worse in front of an audience!
